Dave Winslett set up the company after several years working in some of the leading entertainment and music agencies in London's West End, during which time he was involved in booking some of the major artistes of the day into venues throughout the world. He is a member of the largest association for agents in the entertainment industry, The Agents' Association (Great Britain), whose members are bound by a strict code of conduct and professional ethics. In 1985 he was elected onto the Council and is now an Executive Vice President.
